Returns and Exchanges
We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it might not be exactly what you needed. Eastern Welding Supply gladly accepts returns of new, unused items received within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus the original shipping and handling charges.
Machine returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must include all original packaging. Items returned after the 14-day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the original shipping and handling charges.
All returned items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging or in used condition will be sent back at your expense.

Order Cancellations
Orders over $1,000 are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. If your order has already shipped, it can be returned following our standard return process, and will be refunded minus the original outbound shipping cost and the 5% restocking fee.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery immediately. For USPS or UPS shipments, we cannot accept damage claims of items that have been used or received more than 7 days prior. For freight shipments, please inspect the package thoroughly—including removing packaging and checking contents—before signing the delivery receipt. Once a delivery is accepted, any damage must be handled through a freight claim, which typically takes 2–4 weeks and is subject to the freight carrier’s final decision.
Defective Equipment
Customers have 14 days from delivery to report a defective machine. Within this period, you may either take the machine to a certified repair facility or return it to Eastern Welding Supply for an exchange. Replacement machines are only shipped after the original unit is received, inspected, and confirmed to be defective. After the 14-day window, any issues must be resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping the machine to Eastern Welding Supply or transporting it to a service center.
